If your web browser is not showing a login page for Linkar MANAGER, messages in the system can help to find and correct the problem. The information here is primarily for Windows but the concepts apply to Linux and macOS as well.
The window that starts the Manager service may display messages like the following.
This error is almost certainly due to Permissions on the services.

The installer might report that the installation failed. It might have actually completed, but failed to start one of the services.
Check the Windows Event Log where the following messages should be logged:
If the software installed properly, stay in the Windows Event Log and look under Windows Logs \ System for messages like this:
See Network Issues and Permissions for possible issues related to firewalls and TCP ports.

Another place to check is the file LinkarManager.err.log, located here:
Windows: %ProgramData%\KOSDAY\LinkarSuite\LOGS
Linux and macOS: /var/KOSDAY/LinkarSuite/LOGS
That folder may not exist yet. If it does, a message like this may be logged:
"The Network Interface of hostname/IP "thishostname" is NOT UP"
See Network Issues.
