Preface
To Upgrade Linkar, just install the new version on top of the old. The services should get stopped by the installer, configuration files will be preserved, and everything else will be replaced as expected.
In a normal program uninstall, all software is removed but configurations and logs remain. This is the way most software should work.
For testing/beta purposes, or to re-evaluate a later version, please completely uninstall Linkar to install a new release. This process is more rigorous than a basic uninstall.
