LK.ERRORS

This file contains the Database Errors List which is used to return messages up to Linkar Clients.

English is the default language used to display messages. This can be customized for other languages by creating new records, and adding a language code to the ID. For example, here is a message in English and in Spanish.

In the LinkarClt Login function and others, there is an argument called Language. If the client uses this argument, for example with "ES", Linkar MV components will use this argument, forced to uppercase, to show errors and other messages in Spanish. If the item does not exist for the selected language, the default message will be sent in English.

Language IDs in Linkar are not validated. Any code can be used for any languages as long as consistency is used throughout the application. Languages allowed for use with Schemas are defined in

LK.COUNTERS

This file is created to support these functions when the noted "active" property is true :

•	LinkarClt.New : The NewOptions object requires a NewRecordIdType (derived) object, which includes property "active".

•	LinkarClt.Delete : The DeleteOptions object requires a RecoverRecordIdTypeLinkar object, which includes property "active".

•	Attribute 1: NEWCODE (item ID) for the next New written record.

•	Attribute 2: RESCUEDCODES. In the Delete function, deleted item IDs are saved in this multivalued attribute. The IDs are later used with the New function.

When creating a new item with an automatic key, the first value from attribute 2 is consumed. If no IDs are listed in attribute 2, the value from attribute 1 value is used, and then 1 is added to the value to become the Next ID.

LK.LOG

File to save errors generated by SOCKET and TERMINAL Connection Types.

LK.CONFIG

File to save parameters used by Linkar. Items include:

•ENABLED : Includes multi-valued list of accounts enabled in the DBMS. Used for Enable All functionality.

•LINKARACCOUNT : Includes the name of the account where MV Components are installed.

•VERSION : Includes the version ID of the currently installed MV Components. Used to report version in Manager.

LK.TRACE

The status of each database line is stored in this file. States can be Waiting or Running.

Waiting Status indicates that the line is waiting for requests from Linkar clients.

Running Status indicates that Linkar is processing a Linkar Client request. When the request finished, the status returns to the Waiting Status.

LK.TRACE file is hosted in the account where the MV components are installed (usually LINKAR) and has this structure:

Attribute 0	Code	database line code
Attribute 1	Status	W = Waiting / R = Running
Attribute 2	Last Date	Last date this record was updated
Attribute 3	Last Time	Last time this record was updated
Attribute 4	Account	The database account.
Attribute 5	Method	When running, the name of the method being processed
Attribute 6	Data	some data that facilitate the recognition of the method being processed (in a Read the name of the file is saved, in a RunSubroutine the name of the subroutine is saved, ...)
Attribute 7	User	The Linkar User who has requested the petition
Attribute 8	EntryPoint	The EntryPoint which has made the request.
Attribute 9	Language	The Language used in the connection
Attribute 10	Free Text	The Free Text used in the connection
Attribute 11	Origin IP	The Client IP.
Attribute 12	Linkar Server Version	The Linkar Server version
Attribute 13	Linkar Client Version	The Linkar Client version
Attribute 14	Linkar Client DLL	The Client Library used to make the request: NET, Core, Mono, Java, C Windows, C Linux, REST API
Attribute 15	Linkar Plugin Ref	The Plugin Id that has requested the request.

In the Waiting status, attributes 5 through 15 are empty.
